If you need a prescription before the 28th August please request this by the 14th August.
Online services for ordering prescriptions will cease from the 19th august and we will resume as soon as we can after the 1st September.
We will have a limited service for appointments between 19th and 28th August.
There are currently no online services available for booking and cancelling appointments.
We will not be able to register any new patients between the 17th August and 1st September. If you are new to the practice and need to be seen you will need to complete a temporary patient form.
